ただし、同一年度内の補助限度は以下のとおり
・補助上限額１申請者につき１００万円
・補助上限台数制限なし

※購入の場合：本体価格及び対象付属品等の価格
※貸与を受ける場合：本体及び対象付属品等の当該年度における賃料
